Devils Sign Defenseman Colin White
East Rutherford, NJ – The New Jersey Devils signed defenseman Colin White to a multi-year contract. The announcement was made by Devils CEO/President/General Manager Lou Lamoriello. As per club policy, no further terms were disclosed.
White, 28, will be entering his sixth National Hockey League season, all with New Jersey. The 6-4, 215-lb. rearguard recorded three goals and 14 assists for 17 points in 73 regular-season games this past year. He has registered 15 goals and 56 assists for 71 points and 613 penalty minutes in 396 career regular-season games and added one goal and 13 assists in 87 career playoff games. The native of New Glasgow, Nova Scotia was a member of the Devils’ 2000 and 2003 Stanley Cup Championship teams.
