Brodeur and Langenbrunner were on hand Thursday at the Richard J. Codey Arena at South Mountain for a clinic with New Jersey Goals A.H.E.A.D. (Assisting Hockey, Education and Development).
Forty-five youngsters aged eight to 17 worked on their basic hockey and skating skills as the two Devils shared some hockey tips and some good times.
The NJGA program was founded in 2004 to give children a chance to play hockey free of charge. Boys and girls from the Garden State's urban communities can join the clinics, which are held once a week after school in the spring, fall and winter.
