DEVILS WIN 1-0: Dainius Zubrus' goal 1:40 into the game holds up as the gamewinner. Brodeur makes 21 saves for the shutout.

Fifth PP coming up for New Jersey... Flyers call timeout with 1:13 left.

Devs can't connect on fourth PP. They've had two chances here in the third, and are 0/4 in the game.

Fourth PP coming up for New Jersey with Syrvet heading off for Philly...7:15 left in the third.

Flyers kill it off, Devs 0/3 on PP...

Former Devil Arron Asham gets two for rough, and a 10 min misconduct at 8:24...

Pelley flattens Danny Syrvet with a huge hit on the forecheck 2:25 into the third...

Third period underway...

No scoring in the second period. Devils kill off a pair of Flyers' PPs to keep them 0/4 with the man advantage. Shots in the period were 11-9 in favor of Philly.

Zubrus back, 43 seconds left in the middle frame. Devs PK perfect in four chances.

Zubrus off for a hook with 2:59 left in second.

Brodeur with a nice glove save on Blair Betts from left circle with 6:06 left in second.

Devils kill off Clarkson unsportsmanlike 42 seconds in... PK is perfect so far in three chances.

Second period underway...

Devils lead 1-0 after 20 minutes, have outshot the Flyers 9-7. Only goal of the frame was Zubrus from Rolston and White at 1:40.

Word on Boucher is a lower body injury; he will not return.

Devils can't connect on the Powe interference minor, now 0/2 on the PP.

Clarkson and Ole Kristian Tollefsen come together in a scrum at the Philly net with 2:32 left in first.

PP coming with 4:30 left in the first after Darroll Powe slashes Andrew Peters, knocking the stick out of Peters' hands. Powe gets 2:00 for interference at 15:30.

Boucher played 11:54 and allowed one goal (Zubrus) on three shots.

7:27p – Goalie change. Ray Emery in for Brian Boucher with 8:06 left in the first period. Boucher has gone to the locker room.

7:25p – Devils kill a 35-second 5-on-3, then misfire on 1:11 power play with Scott Hartnell in the box.

7:11p – Zubrus makes it 1-0 at 1:40 of the first period with a wrister from the top of the left circle. Rolston takes a hit in the corner to get the pass to Zubrus.
