Jason Arnott is back in a Devils uniform, and this is your chance to find out what's on his mind!

In the first Devils Q&A of the summer, we're offering you an opportunity to send your questions to Arnott, who was re-acquired via trade from Nashville on June 19 in exchange for Matt Halischuk and a second-round pick in 2011.

Many fans will remember Arnott as the pivot on the Devils' high-flying A Line with Patrik Elias and Petr Sykora. It was Elias who set up Arnott's goal in Game 6 of the 2000 Stanley Cup Finals to clinch the franchise's second championship in double OT.

Arnott will be looking to rekindle that devilish magic again in 2010-11. At 6-5, 220-lbs., he'll be an imposing net-front presence and will likely see plenty of time on the power play.

A native of Collingwood, Ontario, Arnott spent four-plus seasons in New Jersey from 1997-98 to 2001-02, collecting 97 goals, 124 assists in 302 regular season games. After notching the Cup winner against Dallas in 2000, he and the Devils returned to the Finals the following season only to come up short versus Colorado.

In the seven-plus seasons since his last stint in red and black, Arnott has remained one of the game's best power forwards, topping the 20-goal mark six times and the 30-goal mark twice. He matched a career best with 33 markers in 2008-09 and buried 19 goals and 27 assists in 63 contests last season.

Elias was excited for the opportunity to be reunited with his former linemate.

"It will be something special," he said earlier this summer. "If we play together, then we’ll obviously try to play the same way."

Arnott's an avid outdoorsman who lists hunting, fishing, golfing and boating as some of his favorite pastimes. If you want to know more about his thoughts on returning to New Jersey, his favorite memories from the Devils' 2000 title run, or what his expectations are for the year ahead, send your questions using the form below.
