Saint John beats Owen Sound in OT
he Saint John Sea Dogs needed overtime for a 3-2 win over the Owen Sound Attack at the 2011 MasterCard Memorial Cup on Monday.

Jonathan Huberdeau scored at 17:35 of the extra session for the Sea Dogs, who will look to remain undefeated when they face the Western Hockey League-champion Kootenay Ice on Tuesday (7 p.m. ET, NHL Network).

The Sea Dogs clinched a spot in Sunday's final. The Quebec Major Junior Hockey League champions are 2-0 at the Memorial Cup, while Kootenay (0-2) is seeking its first victory of the tournament.

Devils defensive prospect Eric Gelinas set up Tomas Jurco's tying goal for Saint John with 3:27 left in regulation. The Sea Dogs rallied back from a 2-0 first-period deficit with tallies in the second and third.

Gelinas, a native of Vanier, Ont., was taken 54th overall by New Jersey in 2009.
