Devils to host annual coat drive at Prudential Center
Newark, NJ—The New Jersey Devils will be hosting their 16th annual coat drive benefitting Jersey Cares, a local non-profit, at the Prudential Center during the November 26th game vs. the New York Islanders at 1 p.m. All fans attending the game are being asked to bring a new or gently used adult or children’s coat to the game.
Over the last two seasons, Devils fans have helped collect over 4,000 coats to be distributed throughout the state of New Jersey. Wives and girlfriends of Devils’ players along with members of the New Jersey Devils Fan Club will be at all entrances to assist Jersey Cares volunteers. Every fan that makes a donation that day is eligible to win autographed Devils’ memorabilia.
