Public A Bracket
Out of the 38 teams that qualified in the Public A bracket, teams that received first round byes were 1-Morris Knolls, 2-Randolph, 3-Ridge, 4-Bridgewater-Raritan, 5-Westfield, and 6-Brick. The following games will be played in the opening round:
26-West Windsor North at 7-Roxbury.
25-Montclair at 8-Old Bridge.
24-Howell at 9-Livingston.
23-Freehold Township at 10-Robbinsville.
22-Fair Lawn at 11-Hillsborough.
21-Pascack Valley at 12-Hunterdon Central.
20-Bernards at 13-Brick Memorial.
19-Southern Regional at 14-Middletown North.
18-Newton-Lenape Valley at 15-Mount Olive.
17-Ridgewood at 16-Park Regional
38-Scotch Plains at 27-Ocean Township, the winner will play 6-Brick.
37-Lawrence at 28-Manalapan, the winner will see 5-Westfield.
36-Hackensack at 29-Toms River East, the winner faces off against 4-Bridgewater-Raritan.
35-Parsippany Reg. at 30-West Windsor South, the winner will play 3-Ridge.
34-River Dell at 31-Millburn, the winner faces 2-Randolph.
33-South Brunswick at 32-Clifton, the winner will play 1-Morris Knolls.
The Public A championship will be played at Prudential Center on March 9 at 5 pm.
Public B Bracket
Of the 26 teams that earned a spot in the Public B bracket, First round byes were given to 1-Ramsey, 2-Kinnelon, 3-Morrisotwn, 4-Mendham, 5-Chatham, and 6-Summit. The following match-ups will take place in the first round:
26-Woodbridge at 7-Nutley.
25-Red Bank at 8-Glen Rock.
24-West Essex at 9-Indian Hills.
23-Mahwah at 10-Ramapo.
22-Tenafly at 11-Rumson, the winner faces off against 6-Summit.
21-Pequannock at 12-Wall, the winner plays 5-Chatham.
20-Mountain Lakes at 13-Madison, the winner will play 4-Mendham.
19-Cranford at 14-Point Pleasant Boro, the winner will see 3-Morristown.
18-Princeton at 15-Sparta, the winner faces 2-Kinnelon.
17-West Morris at 16-Wayne Hills, the winner meets with 1-Ramsey.
The Public B championship will be played at Prudential Center on March 9 at 3 pm.
Non-Public Bracket
21 teams were selected to play in the Non-Public bracket, and first round byes were netted by 1-Delbarton, 2-Christian Brothers Academy, 3-Don Dosco Prep, 4-Gloucester Catholic, and 5-Notre Dame. The following teams will face off against one another in the first round:
11-Montclair Kimberley at 6-St. Joseph of Metuchen.
10-Pope John at 7-Morristown-Beard.
9-Bergen Catholic at 8-St. Augustine.
21-St. Rose at 12-Paramus Catholic, the winner will face 5-Notre Dame.
20-DePaul at 13-St. Joseph of Montvale, the winner faces 4-Gloucester Catholic.
19-Bishop Eustace at 14-St. Peter's Prep, the winner plays 3-Don Bosco Prep.
18-Msgr. Donovan at 15-Seton Hall Prep, the winner will see 2-Christian Brothers.
17-Pingry at 16-St. John Vianney, the winner will play 1-Delbarton.
The Non-Public championship will be played at Prudential Center on March 9 at 1 pm.
