Hockey Fights Cancer

The National Hockey League, its players' association, officials' association, member clubs, and others have committed to raising money and awareness for local cancer efforts, and to support the American Cancer Society and Canadian Cancer Society.

The Devils participate in the NHL's online charity auction, while  the team captain  wears a special Hockey Fights Cancer patch during a selected game.

The team also hosts an HFC All-Star Kids awareness night, with patients from a local hospital attending a game. They are treated to tickets in a suite, pizza party, and visits from Devils' players, broadcasters,  and the mascot.

Jamie Langenbrunner serves as the Devils' HFC All-Star Captain.
