Box Office hours are 11 am – 6 pm Monday through Saturday and closed on Sundays.

Box Office Will Call windows are located inside the arena's PNC Bank Tower at the corner of Mulberry and Edison Place. To pick up will call tickets, you must present a valid photo ID. It is also recommended to bring the credit card used to purchase the tickets. $10 Box Office Tickets
A limited number of seats at $10 for each home game will be made available at Prudential Center's Box Office, beginning two (2) hours prior to the game. There will be a two-seat limit per person. Fans waiting in line will be issued wristbands starting four hours before gametime in order to secure their chance of purchasing $10 tickets. Fans should remain in line upon receiving wristbands, as the wristbands do not secure a spot in the line. General Arena Information
ATMs There are seven ATMs located in Prudential Center. BAG / SECURITY SEARCH All patrons are subject to a security check and bag search, which include: backpacks, briefcases, and duffel bags. Plan on passing through security before each game and figure this into your arrival time. CELL PHONES Cell phones are allowed inside Prudential Center; however, we request you use the public concourse areas to make and receive calls. CHILDREN’S TICKET Any child 24 months of age or older requires a ticket. ELEVATOR/ESCALATOR There are elevators and escalators located throughout the Prudential Center, allowing easy access to all levels of the arena. ENTRANCES There are four main entrances to Prudential Center: • PNC Bank Tower - located at the Northeast corner of Mulberry Street and Edison Place • Verizon Tower - located at the Southeast corner of Mulberry Street and Lafayette Street • The Southwest side of the building on Lafayette Street • VIP entrance - located at Mulberry Street, next to PNC Bank Tower EMERGENCIES In the event you need emergency assistance, please notify the nearest Prudential Center staff member. FIRST AID First Aid stations are located behind sections 8, 9, 115, and 215. If for any reason you are unable to make it to the first aid room, please summon any Guest Services staff member and they will be able to direct paramedics to your location. EVACUATION In the event of an emergency evacuation, please follow the direction of Guest Services staff members to exit the arena in a safe manner. Please take a moment to find the two closest exits to your section. GUEST SERVICES Guest Service representatives are available to answer questions, collect lost and found, provide Assisted Listening Devices, and provide assistance to guests. Guest Services locations are behind Sections 9, 114, and 214. INTOXICATED GUESTS Prudential Center has the right to refuse entry to any patron deemed intoxicated. In addition, Prudential Centerstaff has the right to remove any guest from the premises who is intoxicated, causing a disturbance, or is potentially dangerous to himself/herself or other guests. LOST AND FOUND All lost and found items will be collected at our Guest Services locations. OUTSIDE FOOD AND BEVERAGE No outside food, beverages, coolers, bottles, or cans may be brought into Prudential Center. PROHIBITED ITEMS Aerosol cans, animals/pets (excluding service animals), audio/video recording equipment, balloons, beach balls, cans, bottles, glass, or other beverage containers, chains, studded bracelets, coolers and ice chests, illegal drugs, large bags, purses, laser pens/points, noisemaking devices (whistles, air horns, etc.), professional photography equipment, poles to display banners/flags, skateboards, roller blades, unapproved handouts, pamphlets, handouts and advertisements, weapons, and any item deemed by management to be dangerous or inappropriate are prohibited. RE-ENTRY Prudential Center has a NO RE-ENTRY policy during games. REST ROOMS There are 25 ladies’ rooms, 25 men’s rooms, and seven family rest rooms located throughout the arena. Family rest rooms have a larger, private space, and also contain a changing table for use by families with small children. All Prudential Center rest rooms contain diaper-changing stations. SMOKING POLICY There is NO smoking allowed inside Prudential Center. Smoking is only permitted in designated outdoor smoking areas. STROLLERS Small, fold-up umbrella strollers are allowed in Prudential Center. Fold-up strollers should be stored under your seat. Strollers that cannot fit under your seat will not be permitted. |
