  1. No obscenities or profanities.
  2. No acronyms that could be construed as obscene or profane.
  3. No derogatory messages (explicit or implied) based on race, color, creed, religion, national origin or sexual orientation.
  4. No sexually explicit messages or double entendre.
  5. No derogatory messages regarding the Team, other team(s), NHL, Prudential Center or the City of Newark.
  6. No use of or reference to current or former players, coaches or other personnel of the Devils, NHL, or any other Team.
  7. No derogatory messages regarding any individual or entity.
  8. No messages detrimental to the project.
  9. No political messages.
  10. No commercial messages or advertising.
The program is available through BrickMarkers USA, Inc./ NewJerseyDevilsBricks.com., (“New Jersey Devils Bricks”), which is not affiliated in any way with the New Jersey Devils. The above are general guidelines and  New Jersey Devils Bricks reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to deny sale of any brick with an inappropriate inscription. Likewise, New Jersey Devils Bricks reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to refuse to install or to remove any brick sold and subsequently found inappropriate. In such a case, the purchaser’s sole remedy shall be replacement with a suitable brick. All installed bricks become the property of the Prudential Center. All purchases are subject to the New Jersey Devils Bricks Terms and Conditions of Purchase and other guidelines, terms and conditions specified on the New Jersey Bricks website.
