Free Ticket Guidelines
The New Jersey Devils and the Prudential Center sincerely apologize for any and all inconveniences incurred by ticket holders of the postponed game against the Tampa Bay Lightning. Ticket holders for the postponed game on Friday, January 8 are entitled to a free ticket for a future Devils game based on availability.
Premium, Full and Partial Season Ticket Holders* – need not return their January 8 game ticket. Within two weeks, they will be mailed tickets for a future Devils game, equal to the number of seats in their account.
*If a season ticket holder sold their tickets on TicketExchange the buyer of the ticket will receive the free ticket, not the season ticket holder. If the season ticket holder sold their ticket in any other fashion, they will receive the free ticket and the actual holder of the ticket for January 8 will need to seek recourse through their means of purchase. (ie: Stubhub, agent, scalper, etc)
Tickets Holders who purchased through Ticketmaster or Prudential Center Box Office – will be required to return their ticket to the Prudential Center Box Office in person beginning January 19 at 11 AM or via mail, in order to receive a free ticket to an upcoming Devils game. All requests for free tickets must be made before January 31, 2010.
