Hedberg) and ties (34)…Had identical career 3.07 GAA with Devils/in NHL…A member of New Jersey’s 1995 and 2000 Stanley Cup Championship squads…Became a regular in the Devils’ lineup during the 1989-90 season after making his Devils/NHL debut October 18, 1986…Spent 1986 through 1989 seasons with AHL’s Maine Mariners and Utica Devils…A member of the United States Olympic Team in 1988; also represented U.S. during 1985, ’86, ’87 and ’97 World Championships…New Jersey’s third selection (5th round), and the 87th overall pick in the 1983 Entry Draft…Joined Devils after prestigious four-year career at Providence College, which included two NCAA Final Four appearances; was Hockey East’s Player of the Year in 1985…47 years old; born November 15, 1964 in Providence, RI…Chris and his wife, Jennifer, have two daughters: 14-year-old Celia Rose and 12-year-old Jillian Jayne.
