What are your hobbies? How do you occupy your time to plan for the future?
I am a graduate of Marymount Manhattan College in NYC with a BFA degree in Dance with a Concentration in Jazz Technique. I am currently a dance teacher and choreographer for a Dance Competition Team in Northern New Jersey. My hobbies include going to the gym daily, reading, Tuesday movie nights with friends, and spending time with family!
Have you ever worked for a charity? Who/what would you like to volunteer for?
I have been a volunteer for the Heart Walk Association, and FOP
(Fibrodsysphasia Officians Progressiva) Charity. Last year with the Devils we
had the pleasure of visiting The Children's Hospital of Newark, NJ. and spent time with their pediatric patients. I have also danced in numerous hospitals and nursing homes in the New Jersey area. In the future I would love to be apart of the American Cancer Foundation.
What is it about New Jersey that you love?
I feel lucky to have grown up in New Jersey because it has allowed me to
experience so many wonderful opportunities in dance. We are very fortunate to live in an area that respects the arts and provides countless opportunities for people of all ages to both enjoy and participate in dance and the arts. And of course, their is nothing like the summertime down at the Jersey shore.
I’m proud to be a Devil’s Dancer because…
This being my 3rd year as a Devils Dancer, I have seen the team grow into a family of 20 beautiful, passionate and dedicated women. I am truly honored to be their Captain and to represent the greatest team in the NHL!
Three fun facts about yourself:
1. I've been a featured model on MTV.
2. I love photography.
3. I love the Royal Couple, so much so that I hosted a 3 am Wedding day brunch in honor of Prince William and Kate!
What was the greatest moment of your life thus far aside from becoming a Devil’s Dancer?
Getting engaged to my future husband!
