Dr. John J. McMullen (1918-2005)

Dr. McMullen is survived by his beloved wife of 50 years, Jacqueline Everhart McMullen, and their three children, son Peter S. McMullen and his wife Cheryl; daughter Catherine McMullen; son John J. McMullen, Jr.; and five grandchildren: Elise and Peter S. McMullen, Jr.; and James, Bridget, and Timothy Blake.

He brought professional hockey to the Garden State in 1982, and the Dr. John J. McMullen Award has been presented annually since 1984 by the Devils to an individual or individuals who have supported amateur hockey throughout the state.
